Weight Training...

The format for dryland training during the year will be as follows:

Please note that the availability of the HS weight room sometimes changes...texts will be sent to the girls in the event of last minute changes.

 

MONDAY:  Dryland @ Ice Arena

JV & V 30 minute dryland training  @ the Arena.  Start time depends on practice time.  3:45 pm practice (dryland after).  5/5:15 pm practice dryland will be before on ice.  For example if we are on 3:45-5:15 pm, dryland would go from 5:30-6:00 p.  If our ice time goes from 5:00 – 6:15 pm, we will do dryland 4:00-4:30 pm

 

WEDNESDAYS:  Weight Training @ High School

Varsity meet in High School Weight Room @ 7:45 am

Junior Varsity meet in High School Weight Room @ 3:15 pm (JV will finish by 4 pm)

 

FRIDAYS:  Dryland @ Ice Arena

Same start times as Mondays, but will be a lighter workout.
